We designed Deciqe to earn that trust by minimizing data collection, protecting participant anonymity, giving organizations ownership of their data, and deleting meeting data when it is no longer needed. We do not build permanent repositories of individual employee answers. Deciqe is designed to collect only the minimum input required to organize and rank your group's priorities.

2. Private Contributions

Deciqe is built without participant profiles, accounts, or cross-session tracking. Individual observations and votes are strictly separated from participant identities before prioritization, so team members can share candid frontline reality without political filtering or fear of attribution.

3. Session Isolation

Every decision session is completely independent. A team's questions, inputs, and votes are entirely isolated from other sessions and teams, ensuring complete data segregation and confidentiality.

4. Full Data Ownership

We align with global privacy standards. Deciqe processes data on your behalf, but your organization owns the content completely. You have the right to export or delete your session results at any time.

5. Permanent Deletion

When session data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Meeting hosts can wipe all answers and results instantly. Any session left unwiped is deleted automatically after 7 days.

Participants enter using a simple access code. No user profiles are created, and no cookies track their devices.

Active Session

Answers and votes are encrypted and organized to discover the collective priority. Individual names are never attached to responses.

Host Erasure

With a single click in the host dashboard, the meeting organizer can instantly erase all collected session data.

Automatic Purge

Any session data left unwiped is deleted automatically after 7 days. Once deleted, it is permanently unrecoverable.
